1. Who we are
GTFHUB (“we”, “us”) operates the website gtfhub.com and the GTFHUB platform. This policy explains how we collect, use and share personal data, and your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable law.
2. Data we collect
- Identity and contact data you provide (name, email, phone, company, GST number).
- KYC/KYB data required by regulation when you onboard as a business, financier or partner, including data obtained with your consent from account aggregators, GSTN, bureaus and public registries.
- Transaction data generated on the platform.
- Technical data: IP address, device, browser, and usage collected via cookies (see the Cookie Notice).
3. How we use it
- To provide and operate the platform and advisory services.
- To verify identity and prevent fraud, including mule account detection.
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations, including those of our financier partners and TReDS operators.
- To communicate with you about services and, with consent, marketing.
4. Sharing
We share data with financiers you transact with, RXIL where you use TReDS, service providers under contract, and regulators where required. We do not sell personal data.
5. Retention
Retained for as long as needed for the purposes above and for statutory periods applicable to financial records.
