What TReDS is

The Trade Receivables Discounting System is an RBI-regulated electronic platform where MSME sellers, their corporate buyers and multiple financiers transact invoices in a transparent auction. Financiers bid; the seller picks the best rate; settlement is automated.

Our solution ensures transparent, RBI‑regulated transactions, fostering trust and efficiency in working capital management. GTFHUB handles onboarding, documentation and day-to-day operations, so you get the benefit of the exchange without running it yourself.

  • Competitive bidding from multiple banks and NBFCs
  • Without-recourse to the MSME seller
  • Mandatory for buyers above the notified turnover threshold
