By using gtfhub.com or the GTFHUB platform you agree to these terms. Platform users are additionally bound by the Platform Agreement executed at onboarding.
2. Nature of service
GTFHUB is a technology platform and advisory firm. GTFHUB is not a bank or NBFC and does not itself lend. Financing decisions and terms are made by the financial institutions on the platform.
3. Eligibility and accounts
Users must be legally capable of entering contracts on behalf of their organisation and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials.
4. Acceptable use
No unlawful use, no submission of false documents or invoices, no interference with the platform, no scraping.
5. Fees
As set out in the applicable Platform Agreement, advisory engagement letter or order form.
6. Intellectual property
All platform software, content and marks are owned by GTFHUB or its licensors.
7. Disclaimers and liability
Website content is for information only and is not financial, legal or tax advice. To the extent permitted by law, GTFHUB's liability is limited as set out in the relevant agreement.
8. Governing law
Laws of India; courts at [City] have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to arbitration clauses in executed agreements.
