General
What is GTFHUB?
A global trade finance platform connecting businesses that need working capital with banks, NBFCs and fintechs that deploy it, plus the software institutions use to run that lending.
Is GTFHUB a lender?
No. Financing is provided by regulated financial institutions on the platform. GTFHUB operates the platform, the technology and the advisory desk.
Which geographies do you serve?
India is the home market; cross-border trade finance and the supply chain platform serve clients trading across 160+ countries.
For businesses
How fast can I get financed?
Onboarding takes a few days. Once live, credit decisions on invoices come back in hours and disbursal typically within 24 hours.
Do I need collateral?
Receivable financing, TReDS and PO financing are secured on the trade asset itself. Stock financing is secured on the inventory. No additional hard collateral in most cases.
Will this show up as debt?
Non-recourse receivable financing and TReDS are typically off-balance-sheet. Your auditor makes the final call on classification.
What documents are needed?
GST registration, PAN, bank statements, financials, and the invoices or POs being financed. Most are pulled digitally with your consent.
TReDS
Who can sell on TReDS?
MSMEs registered under UDYAM, selling to corporates, PSUs and other eligible buyers.
What is RXIL's role?
RXIL operates the RBI-licensed exchange. GTFHUB is your onboarding and operations partner on it.
How is pricing decided?
Financiers bid in an auction on each Factoring Unit; you accept the best rate.
For institutions
How do we become a financier?
Complete financier onboarding, set your programme parameters and connect settlement. Contact the institutions team to start.
Can we licence the software without the marketplace?
Yes. The Lending Suite, BRE and Identity APIs are available standalone.
Where is data hosted?
India by default, with private cloud and on-premise options.
Advisory
How do you charge?
Retainer plus success fee for transactions; fixed-fee for diagnostics and structuring mandates.
Minimum engagement size?
Advisory typically makes sense for transactions of ₹10 crore and above, but ask — we'll tell you honestly.
